Chengdu is a major Western city in China and has a population of approximately 14 million people, it is also a major economic hub to the area and dates back to 311 B.C. One of our members, Mark, visited the area in 2012 and visited Chengdu Park which houses a collection of China's retired military hardware, the park is also home to a concrete aircraft carrier.
