Western Champions Test Main Line test run that was seen on 17-9-2021 of D1015 approaching Berkeley Rd Junction, on a running in turn piloting 66719 on the 6M42 09.20 Avonmouth to Penyfford with empty cement tanks. It was noticed that the Network Rail HST was also in the vicinity so Rich nipped down to Gossington to get some shots of it. Unfortunately, the news filtered through later in the day that the Western (Wizzo) had a major engine failure in one of its Maybach V12 power units during this test run, let's hope they get it back on the mainline in the future.
