Basic Rules:

Good conduct at meetings and visits by all.

No trespassing whilst visiting other organisations.

Mobile phones should be switched off at meetings.

All members should help layout hall/put away chairs etc after a meeting.

All members should maintain general tidiness, and professional manner during meetings and visits.

All ideas, problems, or items for discussion must be put in writing to the founder member panel for consideration.

All hire facility rules must be adhered to at all times.

The Society cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or loss of members belongings.
Note:
Every person that attends a meeting, will, by paying the entry fee, and having their name and phone number logged for future contact, be considered to be a Member of the Wings and Wheels Society.
If the society should fold, all monies held by it will be given to a charity, chosen by the founder member panel. This includes items owned by the society, these will also be sold, and the money generated given to the chosen charity.
